If you are resident in NZ you must be 18 years old
It is Free to join or to cancel membership (but please read the essential timing of these notifications below).
You will receive generous discounts of 10%, 15% or 20% off our regular Cellar Door prices (see the prices in the shop above for your special advantages). Note that the discounts are credited to your account and applied at the end of each 12 month period (ie both discounts for the two deliveries sent to you will be subtracted on your second delivery if it is within 12 months from the first, as required by the Terms and Conditions).
Signing up means you have agreed to two deliveries of wine to your door in the first year (minimum, as you can have more) and then each subsequent 12 month period unless you cancel in time before the next delivery (see timing of your communicated wishes below).
A Newsletter with news and available wines for member's’ selections will be sent in April and October after which default shipping will commence and continue into May and December unless we have heard from you with new instructions. Delivery times can be personalised and volumes changed within a 12 month period on request.
The amount of wine shipped depends on the membership level which suits you best (see online form). Your Membership level, your selected wines and the timing of shipping can all be changed if communicated in good time before default shpping starts. Once shipped there can be no changes.
You can indicate your wine type preferences selection by selecting the numbers of red, white or rose bottles and leave it to the winemaker to decide - or - you can be absolutely specific each time about the wine(s) you want or do not want in your next delivery.
You can change the type/proportion of the wines in mixed cases by notifying us at least a month before the month of the next shipment). Again, it is best to respond asap to the Newsletter to avoid losing the chance to choose your favourite wines. If we do not get a response in time our winemaker will choose the wines for you based on your preferences on record!
NZ members can choose to pick up their Club Selection from the winery, but if you do not appear we will ship your preferences. Shipping can be arranged to any destination in New Zealand (see courier charges in Shipping).
Overseas shipping is door-to-door and the costs are inclusive of air freight, packaging (Eco-friendly thermal packs) and all taxes, duties payable and courier charges. Current shipping rates (inclusive of all duties, taxes, packing, insurance and courier costs) with delivery times to different countries, are posted on our website shipping pages. Note that if change they will be notified in a banner at the top of the Home Page.
Note that you are not limited to the two annual deliveries in terms of discounts. These also apply to any additional selections you might wish to make throughout the year.
You will receive advance notices of new releases and priority allocations, events at the winery, private tastings, vertical tastings from the winery 'library', and vineyard tours with the winemaker and viticulturist.
You can receive advance email notification when cellar supplies of your favourite wines are running low (please book these in by checking the relevant box on the form).
You may receive Newsletters and Cellar Club updates with notes from the winemaker.
You may enjoy new releases, current releases and, if available, limited production and/or reserve wines (see the portfolio of our wines in the online shop for those available ONLY to members of the Cellar Club).
You can cancel your membership any time after the first year and the receipt of your two deliveries that you signed up for, providing that you do so by email or post at least one month before your next shipping (the deadlines for cancellation are before the 1st of April or the 1st of October.
